A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. Member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw.
He advises development companies, investment funds and operators of shopping and logistics centers, as well as private investors at every stage of the investment: from a feasibility study, through the financing process and purchase of the real estate, through the construction process to the stage of commercialization of the investment or its sale. Together with a team of lawyers, he provides comprehensive legal services for infrastructure projects, as well as services in the field of commercial company law.
He conducts projects for the acquisition and leasing of aircraft as well as implementation into the fleet and performance of air operations, servicing entities managing CAMO procedures and implementing investments in the construction and development of airport infrastructure.
