Kamil Szczegodziński

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. He also completed postgraduate studies conducted by the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of tax law, as well as finance and banking for lawyers.
He is a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw, where he also completed his legal advisor training.
A legal advisor specializing in ongoing legal services for business entities and tax law issues.
He has many years of experience in matters relating to civil law, labor law and company law. He also focuses his current interests on other areas of law, such as real estate law and new technology law.
He gained professional experience working as an in-house lawyer in an international corporation from the automotive sector (premium brand), where he was responsible for comprehensive legal services for the company, in particular creating, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements and contracts, as well as for issues related to antitrust law.
Currently, he is associated with the banking sector, where he focuses on tax issues related to the current operation of the bank, including the assessment of tax consequences related to investments in capital market instruments.
