Anna Kłosowska

She specializes in issues related to broadly understood civil, commercial and labor law. She has many years of experience in matters relating to company law, local government law and court disputes. She conducts proceedings in matters relating to broadly understood civil law, including the pursuit and recovery of claims and the security of receivables. Prepares and analyzes contracts, statutes, regulations and other legal documents necessary when running a business.
As part of her judicial practice, she represented large business entities, the State Treasury and local government units near Warsaw (in proceedings before the Supreme Court, she boasts 100% effectiveness of her cases). She gained professional experience as an in-house lawyer in Warsaw companies, including a company listed on the stock exchange. As an in-house, she was responsible for comprehensive corporate services and the creation of subsidiaries, mergers and transformations. She served as the District Consumer Ombudsman. She provided comprehensive legal services to local governments, organizational units of municipalities and cultural units.

Law graduate at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. Member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. She has been a legal advisor since 2012.
